HOW CAN WE HELP?

We Represent People Whose Lives Changed in a Moment

We are not a billboard-driven settlement mill.
We are not a marketing company passing off cases to other firms.
We are a litigation firm and we are with you at every step.

Trauma-Informed Representation

Many of our clients are living with PTSD, trauma responses, or complicated grief. The legal system was not designed for them.

Traditional litigation often retraumatizes victims: repeated questioning, skepticism, depositions, surveillance, and invasive discovery. We approach cases differently.

Our firm practices trauma-informed advocacy, meaning we:

  • Prepare clients for each step so there are no surprises

  • Control unnecessary exposure to defense tactics

  • Coordinate with therapists and treating providers

  • Structure testimony to minimize psychological harm

  • Avoid forcing clients into unnecessary legal confrontations

  • Pace litigation around healing when possible

We understand memory fragmentation, delayed reporting, avoidance behaviors, and trauma triggers — not as credibility problems, but as expected human responses to injury and violence.

You should not have to choose between your healing and your case.

Injury

We've handled many personal injury cases over the years.  Cases involving road injuries involving bicycles, motorcycles, pedestrian injuries, tractor-trailers, or property damage as the result of a collision.

Wrongful Death

Wrongful death is a broad category and is not just another kind of personal injury case. Wrongful death can occur in prison, on the job, as the result of medical malpractice, defective products, or simply big pharma putting an unsafe medication on the market.
